Old Town, also known as the Tipton Cemetery, was the first cemetery in Tipton. It was located where the Tipton Community High School now stands on East Sixth Street. The cemetery's burial numbers declined, and reburials were eventually made in the Masonic Cemetery. The Old Town (Tipton Cemetery) was moved to the Masonic Cemetery sometime before 1930.
