Lincoln Cemetery is one of the most famous cemeteries in the Southeast and the final resting place of notable Atlanta citizens, including civil rights leaders Hosea Williams, Ralph David Abernathy, and Joseph E. Boone. Lincoln Cemetery is part of the Lincoln Memorial Group, which also owns and operates three other beautiful memorial parks in Atlanta, running west to east: Monte Vista Biblical Gardens ("Lincoln-on-the-Hill"), Washington Memorial Gardens ("Lincoln on the Eastside"), and Dawn Memorial Park.
