From I-295, go south on State Road 13; turn left on Julington Creek Road; turn right on Dogwood Hill Drive (formerly Sloan Cemetery Road) to the cemetery at the top of the hill. The cemetery is unmarked and surrounded by a chain link fence; a gate is on the left front corner. The next-door neighbors have tried to care for the cemetery as best they can. They report that approximately where their house now stands was the ferry landing, Sloans Landing, on the north bank of Julington Creek.
